For moms (or anyone who would feel more comfortable with a group of moms) and babies 0-4 months looking for friendship, connection, and support.

Includes a hot, Kosher-certified lunch.

Meets for 6 weeks.

This group is a chance for you to get out of the house and meet other parents who are facing similar challenges to you.

Topics include sleep, feeding, communication, mom guilt, partner dynamics, returning to work, self-care and MUCH more.

Nothing is off limits!
