Are you ready to wop-baba-lu-bop and a wop-bam-boom?
Lincoln’s middle-schoolers proudly present Grease!, one of the most beloved, pop-culture experiences of all time.
The Tony-Award-winning show, which premiered in 1971, follows the antics of too-cool Danny, new-girl Sandy and their friends at Rydell High.
It's a musical celebration of teen angst, first love and 1950s rock and roll.
With an ensemble cast of close to 60, the young actors will jump and jive their way through a dozen, high-energy numbers including favorites 'Summer Nights,' 'Greased Lighting' and 'We Go Together.' Grab your leather jackets and a pack of bubble gum and join the fun!
Performances will be in the Lincoln school Brooks Auditorium on Wednesday, March 18 at 3 pm and Thursday through Friday, March 19-20 at 7 pm.
Tickets (adults $10, students and seniors $5) will be available at the door.
This production is a student version and is suitable for younger audiences.
