Wellesley Theatre Project’s (WTP) will present a Best of Broadway: “The Teens” on November 2nd and 4th at 7:30pm and November 5th at 2pm featuring students from the audition-only Junior and Senior, IMPACT!

General admission is $15 for adults and $10 for students and seniors.

VIP table seating is $20.  The WTP Studio’s at the Wellesley Community Center is located at 219 Washington Street in Wellesley.  Tickets can be purchased online at www.wellesleytheatreproject.org or at the studio. 
 
Junior and Senior IMPACT! is comprised of students ranging from 2nd grade through 12th grade who demonstrate advanced performance skills and leadership.  The current students come from Wellesley, Weston, Concord, Needham, Sherborn, Waban, West Roxbury, and Natick communities.  The group’s mission is to engage in their local and global communities through outreach by addressing important social values through dramatic performance.  Best of Broadway: “The Teens” will feature hit songs from Broadway's Best Musical and Musical Revivals from 2010 to today!

Join us for solo, duet, and group performances with singing and dancing, appropriate for all ages.

Shows included are WAITRESS, NEWSIES, CINDERELLA, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, RAGTIME, DEAR EVAN HANSEN, and of course...HAMILTON.

Plus many more!
 
The group is led by Ben Rush, WTP’s Artistic Director; and Eric Anderson, Music Director.

 
Wellesley Theatre Project is an arts academy and a Wellesley nonprofit devoted to providing students (PreK - 12th Grade) with the opportunity to study and experience theatre and performing arts through year round classes, staged productions, workshops and summer camps.

Tickets are on sale for Madagascar at Babson College’s The Sorenson Center November 17-19.

Registration is open for WTP’s Winter/Spring classes and productions including Cinderella, 13: The Musical, and The Complete Works of Shakespeare (Abridged).

In addition registration is open for 2018 Summer Camps.

Sessions include three production camps geared for students between 2nd and 12th grade in addition to one week Theatre Arts camps for Pre K- 12th grade.

The production camps are: Magic Tree House: Dinosaurs Before Dark (Grades 2-8), James and the Giant Peach (Grades 2-12), and 1776: An American Musical (Grades 9-12).
