HOW TO SUCCEED
IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING Performed by Students in Grades 10-12 and 2019 High School graduates.

The Young Company is Greater Boston Stage Company’s year-round education program for students in grades 1-12, offering training in acting, voice, and dance in a professional setting.

The Young Company at Greater Boston Stage Company helps the next generation become better artists, better audience members, and better people through dramatic education.

Dear Reader, This toe tapping satire is designed to teach you everything you need to know about big business and dancing up the corporate ladder.

In this Pulitzer Prize-winning musical by the team behind Guys & Dolls, ambitious window washer J. Pierpoint Finch makes his way up the corporate ladder by following the advice of an instruction manual called How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.

Inspired by an actual humorous publication from 1952, this clear-eyed musical satire hilariously sends up corporate politics and gender dynamics in the workplace in the early 1960s.
