Keeping the holiday tradition present for our community, the pre-professional students of The Conservatory at Northeast School of Ballet will dance excerpts from The Nutcracker (Act II Land of The Sweets) and other festive ballets choreographed by resident choreographers Joseph Jefferies and Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux to celebrate the return to LIVE theater this season!
Exquisite dancing, beautiful costumes, and lavish sets along with Tchaikovsky's brilliant score guarantee a magical holiday experience.
The Nutcracker ballet is the enchanting journey of a young girl named Clara who dreams of an adventure through a winter wonderland to a palace of sugary sweets with her nutcracker prince.
For over 50 years Northeast School of Ballet, a non-profit organization, has been known for training ballet dancers and producing quality ballet productions in the Greater Boston area, continental United States, and abroad.
Critics rave including the Boston Globe, The Medford Daily Mercury, WBZ Channel 4, The Lynn Item, and other newspapers and cable channels on the quality and artistry of the productions.
