A young heroine struggles to save her village from the looming Dark Cloud. The stories we tell create the reality we live, in an original fable told with music, masks, and puppetry.
A Story Beyond features a new score by Nathan Leigh and dynamic puppetry by Faye Dupras.
Inspired by folklore from around the world, A Story Beyond is a new fable for our time.

A Story Beyond is part of the Foundry Family Festival being held at The Foundry from Saturday, February 18 to Saturday, February 25.
The festival will host a week of free and pay-what-you-can arts and STEM programming for families in the Cambridge and Greater Boston communities. You can learn more about the festival's events here!
Parking:
We’re 0.4 miles away from the Kendall MIT stop where you can catch the red line and 64, 68, 85, CT2, 64, 68, and 85 buses.
The building is 0.5 miles away from the Lechmere stop where you can catch the green line and 69, 80, 87, and 88 buses.
The Foundry does not have a designated parking lot. Metered parking is available on Third, Fifth, and Rogers.
