The Western Massachusetts Puppetry Guild proudly presents an evening of entertainment for the whole family!

For the past two years, WMPG has held the Young Puppeteer Film Contest, receiving entries from young puppeteers up to age 19 from around the world.

Entries were created to the theme of “Once Upon A Time” in 2021 and “The Final Frontier” in 2022, and were judged on various performance and creative puppetry elements.

This year, for the very first time, all the films from both years will be shown on “big screen,” at Puppet Showplace Theater.

Please join us to appreciate the hard work our young contestants put in to make these wonderful films!

Puppet Showplace Theater is thrilled to collaborate for the first time with the Western Massachusetts Puppetry Guild.

The proceeds from the event will be split between the two organizations.

Masks are strongly encouraged for audience members ages 2+
