A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 10:15 a.m. with Andover Town Manager Andrew P.
Flanagan and the town’s board of selectmen.
Following the ceremony, there will be interactive storytelling by Nicolette Nordin Heavey of Stories in the Streets, magic by Fran Flynn, face painting and a raffle among attendees for gift cards and a children’s bicycle.
Primrose Schools, with more than 325 schools across 27 states, is a family of accredited, high-quality early education and care schools for children ages 6 weeks to 6-years-old and after-school care for children up to age 12.
