For the past 38 years, the Tufts Health Plan 10K for Women has encouraged tens of thousands of women to make changes towards a healthier lifestyle.
Take this opportunity to set the bar high, achieve your personal best, and surprise yourself by what you can accomplish.
The Tufts Health Plan 10K for Women lets us celebrate old friendships while making new friends for life!
The 10K begins at the Boston Common Parade Grounds on Beacon Street.
The racers will run through the picturesque streets of Boston's Back Bay and Cambridge, MA.
To ensure runner safety, the course is completely closed to traffic by members of the Boston, Cambridge, and Massachusetts State Police.
The course offers six water stations as well as medical aid stations and course clocks at each mile.
The course is certified by USA Track & Field.
While you run, you children can participate in the 1K for Kids.
