The 30th Annual AIDS Walk Boston is a 6.2-mile fundraising walk along the Charles River.

The walk attracts over 7,000 participants for the common goal of raising money to support many of the AIDS Action Committee community based programs.

The funds from AIDS Walk go directly to the AIDS Action Committee (AAC) of Massachusetts and are used to provide services to thousands of HIV positive clients.

AAC provides vital programs such as: housing assistance; utility relief; food delivery; transportation assistance; counseling; and legal help to our clients.

In addition, we maintain a statewide HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C hotline and the most complete HIV library in the Commonwealth.

AAC also has a strong and growing prevention department that targets the most at-risk communities and neighborhoods in Massachusetts geared towards halting the epidemic by educating the people about risky behavior.
