Join us for the 'Stars of Gold Walk,' a family & pet-friendly event!

Walk a mile or 5k, then stay to view free performances at the Ruth Gordon Amphitheater, including the NQHS Cheerleaders, Brady Academy of Irish Dance, Center Stage, Velocity Dance, and 3D.

Create a star in honor of someone with cancer, and enjoy the free photo booth and lawn games!

Purchase tickets for activities including nail painting, hair design, face painting, raffles and human-sized hamster balls!

Buy pizza and taste delicious food samples from our 'Restaurant Row.'

The day includes an awards ceremony with Mayor Koch awarding a check to a family facing childhood cancer, and will conclude with raffle winners and prizes for best fundraiser, largest team, youngest and oldest participants, and best pet/owner look-alike!

This collaborative event honors September as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and welcomes several other local nonprofits that serve the childhood cancer community such as Ellie's Hats and Sophia's Fund, and teenage author MacKenzie Greenberg.

Your support will help provide financial grants to families with a child diagnosed with cancer.
