Join us to raise awareness for OCD and related disorders and support the International OCD Foundation on this fun two-mile walk! It’s free to walk, and participants who raise $25 will get a T-shirt.

The 1 Million Steps 4 OCD Walk is a global movement to raise awareness for obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders, while providing a platform for community members to come together to support each other and raise funds for the important work of the International OCD Foundation and its local Affiliates.

It’s free to walk with us, and participants who raise $25 or more will get a T-shirt.

Mother's Rest is a short walk from the JFK/UMass T shop, which is on the Red Line, as well as the Greenbush Line, Kingston/Plymouth Line, and Middleborough/Lakeville Line on the MBTA Commuter Rail.

Exit upstairs to the street & turn right onto Columbia Road. Stay to the right and cross street through the traffic circle, and pass the State Police Station. Mother's Rest will be on the right along Carson Beach.
