On Sunday, September 22nd, Harpoon Brewery invites runners to kick off leaf peeping season by joining its first ever Flannel 5K, a scenic, foliage filled road race, starting and ending at Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, VT.

After the race, runners can enjoy a flannel-themed party with fresh beer, a light lunch provided by North Country Smokehouse, live music from the local band Hot Flannel, games and more.

Net proceeds from the race will go to The Friends of Norris Cotton Cancer Center (FNCCC) to raise funds for cancer research and patient care at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

This September marks the first official Harpoon Flannel 5K though Harpoon Brewery has hosted a fall-themed charity race at its Vermont brewery for 16 years, raising more than $240,000 for the center to date.
