The fair will provide resources to assist students )who are transitioning) with all types of disabilities in reaching their post-secondary goals and navigating life after high school.

Information will be available about services to help students who are Transitioning (or will be transitioning in the next few years) from school to post-secondary education, employment, and/or independent living.

There will be information for students with all types and levels of disabilities, with representatives from colleges, technical institutes, service organizations and providers, state agencies and learning programs.

From the Mass Pike exit 13 - (Natick - Framingham - Rt. 30): Bear right onto Rt. 30. ½ mile then right onto Rt. 126 (Concord St.). Go 1 mile on Concord St., under the Mass Pike overpass by 50 yds and turn left onto A St. The school is ¼ mile on the left. Visitors parking is straight ahead.

From Route 9 - (Worcester Rd.): Take the Rt. 126 North exit. Go 1 mile on Rt. 126 (Concord St) staying left at the intersections of Rt. 30 and at Old Connecticut Path. Go under the Mass Pike overpass by 50 yds and turn left onto A St. The school is ¼ mile on the left. Visitors parking is straight ahead.

From Rt. 20 - Go South on Elm St. through Saxonville. ¼ mile past the traffic light, turn right onto A St. The school is ¼ mile on the right. Visitors parking is straight ahead.
