Our goals at WNSH are to develop independence, self- regulation, socialization, self-advocacy, and love for learning in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Throughout the day, we provide various opportunities for children to develop these skills.
We have a “Can-Do” philosophy and encourage children to try things on their own before stepping in to help.
We also believe that these years provide a wonderful opportunity to teach children fundamental learning concepts.
Our age appropriate curriculum is rich in content and follows strict NAEYC guidelines.
Each week teachers create a themed lesson plan that is carried out through the various learning centers.
In addition, to our regular curriculum, we offer students music every week and science once a month.
