Featured Exhibits

Outside In/Inside Out - April 14 - June 9
Meaghan Schwelm is drawn to places and things that play with the notion of being outside or inside. Outside In/Inside Out explores the artist’s personal and evolving relationship with the natural world. Viewers are invited to interact with a felt story about “How Seeds Travel”. Children may also enter an open-frame play-fort built from sustainably-sourced timber, in which they are invited to play, imagine, and create. Schwelm’s drawings and juxtapositions of natural history materials with dollhouses invite visual interaction, as viewers engage in a seek-and-find.

Home Art Installation - Through September 30
This exhibit that explores the meaning and influence of home from the perspective of Japanese students. The exhibit showcases artwork created by the students of the “Art Thinking” project team at Tohoku University of Art & Design (TUAD) in Japan.
