A one-day program for individual participants to engage in space mission simulations in the Challenger Learning Center!

Participants will be immersed in a simulated space environment where they manipulate equipment, conduct experiments, solve problems, and work together in real-world STEM contexts.

The mission simulation is complemented by a full-dome film in the FSU planetarium and hands-on science activities related to the James Webb Space Telescope mission.

Date: Thursday, February 24, 2022
Time: 1:00pm - 4:30pm
Age Group: Children in grades 6-8
Cost: $35 per participant

Registration is limited to 24 participants.

The McAuliffe Center is located at the rear of O’Connor Hall on the campus of Framingham State University. Entering 7 Maynard Road, Framingham MA, 01702 into most GPS apps will bring you directly to the entrance into the O’Connor Hall parking lot. You may drop off and pick up children directly in front of the McAuliffe Center entrance.
