Hours:1:00pm - 2:30pm
Ages:Kids, Teens
In/Outdoor:Indoor
Cost:Free
Category:Science & Technology

We will build a fun web app and explore web development via a project based on a 'Wanted!' poster in which we will create cartoon wanted posters and also learn how to host the posters as web pages that anyone can visit and interact with.

We will explore web application architecture and learn about HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Python.

Also, we will deploy our web pages on both a Raspberry Pi and GitHub pages.

In addition to learning technical skills, students will learn to style the page and really let their creativity show.

Our goal is to learn about technology and how we can apply our creativity with it, and of course have lots of fun in the process!

We will work together via Google Meet, and we will use the wonderful Stackblitz and REPLIT (free, in-browser IDEs) for our coding, so all you need is a computer and internet connection.

No setup required!
