MIT Museum + Young People's Project Pi Day Activities
Explore a variety of mathematical activities throughout the MIT Museum. Create math art in the Maker Hub, enjoy math board games in the Learning Labs, and make math learning fun and interactive through a sample of games from YPP's Math Playground.
3:00-3:45PM:
Math Art Contest Presentation
This year, YPP and the MIT Museum are holding a math art competition inspired by artist John Sims and the MIT Museum’s theme of time. We will conclude our Pi Day celebration in the Exchange by sharing these works of mathematical art and announcing awards.
