Each day will be packed with a variety of STEM lessons, labs, and indoor and outdoor activities and challenges.

Mornings will focus on labs in chemistry, forensics, biology, robotics, and physics.

Afternoons will focus on engineering projects in which students will work with a partner on a challenge, culminating in a contest on the final day of the academy.

Activities include:
- Elephant toothpaste
- Fingerprinting
- Tree/plant ID field journals
- Dissection
- Build a robot
- Computer programming challenges
- Egg drop challenge
- Bottle rocket challenge
- Mouse trap car
- Bridge building challenge
- Scrambler challenge
