Join us for summer public planetarium programs! Programs feature live presentations of current astronomy topics paired with various planetarium films. Program runtime is 60-75 minutes.Tickets are required.
All programs are open seating.
Planetarium Film: Big Astronomy
Take a journey through observatories used by professional astronomers in the gorgeous mountains of Chile, one of the best astronomical observing locations on Earth.
Our planetarium is transformed into a giant observatory dome as astronomers investigate the Solar System and the distant observable Universe.
Visit with the technicians from an array of STEM disciplines who build, maintain, and operate these huge instruments.
PRICING:
Ages 5 and under = FREE
Ages 6-12 = $5
Ages 13+ = $10
FSU students with a valid ID = FREE
