Up and coming & undiscovered performing artists competing in the finale show hale from the from all over New England. In 2008, Debra Crosby's Talent Quest TV Show was awarded as one of the top three locally produced cable shows in the category for music & entertainment for all N.E., New York & N.Y.C.
The caliber of the performances is quite amazing and Ms Crosby feels these young entertainers will be tomorrow's stars vies a vie the tag line of the show: 'The Stepping Stone to the Stars.' Each month's 1st place winner from 2008 will be battling for the grand prize on Thursday night Feb 26th at the CinemaSalem in the East India Mall. In conjunction with a special guest judge's panel, the audience will be invited to participate in deciding who the winners are.
To keep the energy high and the atmosphere positive and playful, the MAMADOU band, the official orchestra of the Talent Quest show will grace the stage with their fantastic dance music between acts.
CinemaSalem is graciously rolling out the 'red carpet'. Paul Van Ness, one of the owners of CinemaSalem states: 'We are happy to host these young entertainers.'
The 1st place winner of Debra Crosby's Talent Quest TV Show Finale Competition: 'The Quest for the Best' will win a private audition with producers of Americas Got Talent. The 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners will also be presented as opening acts for the world fusion MAMADOU band future 2009 performances. Come to the 'Quest for the Best' Talent Finale Competition to see history in the making by seeing tomorrow's stars today.
