Brookford Farm's 4th Annual Quark Fest!
October 11 th from 11am-3pm

Celebrate the Harvest Season with Brookford Farm, 250 West Road, Canterbury NH.

Come visit the farm for a day of family fun.

The many activities planned for our 4th Annual Quark Fest will include Farm Tours, Pumpkin Carving, Farm Food, Live Music, Children's Games, Quark Recipe Contest, CSA Information.
Quark Recipe Contest Rules:
The recipe can be any recipe whether sweet or savory, in which quark is a prominent ingredient.

You may purchase the Quark at our farm store, or any farmers' markets that we attend, and retail shops listed on our website.

Please bring the entry form, a copy of the recipe, and the dish to the farm no later than Noon on October 11th.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three recipes.

What is Quark?

Quark is german for “curds”.

It is similar to ricotta, it's great as a spread or it can be used in savory dinner dishes or sweet desserts.
