Join the Esplanade Association for the Annual Community Day, a free, family-friendly celebration of community, culture, and the outdoors on the Charles River Esplanade. The day kicks off with the Esplanade 5K Run and Walk in the morning, followed by a full afternoon of family activities, food vendors, and live music.

🎵 GroundBeat Concert Series
Time: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Produced by ZUMIX, celebrating 35 years of youth empowerment, this special Community Day concert features live music from young performers, group programs, teen ensembles, and local alumni artists at the iconic Hatch Memorial Shell.
Family-Friendly Activities
Lawn games, family-oriented activities, and a vendor fair throughout the day. Free empanadas from Bocadillos for the first 120 attendees. A limited number of free picnic blankets and stadium seating chairs will be available to borrow during the event.
