You'll want to prepare for a battle of good vs. evil as our Witches and Zombies fight for the ultimate costume titles - including the best scary horror stars.

No need to bring your credit card, this is a bills only affair with ATM's that sometimes work well.

For those who dare to join us, boarding at 6:30 pm, we set sail for the mysterious at 7:00 pm sharp (Inner Harbor Cruise).
