The camp will be led by JCC Karishim Swim Team head coach Adrian Eagles and will include instruction on technique in all four of the competitive strokes.
Swimmers will develop different turn styles and learn fundamental dry-land training and injury prevention techniques.
This camp is held from 9am-4pm.
Cost is $550.
Open to the entire community.
