At their 55-acre refuge in Methuen, MA, the MSPCA at Nevins Farm helps nearly 6,000 animals each year by offering treatment to suffering or sick animals, working to prevent animal cruelty, and striving to improve their overall well being and quality of life. Through adoption and housing services for more than 15 pounds, the MSPCA at Nevins Farm is one of the busiest shelters in our area. In addition to cats and dogs, they also provide equine ambulance and rescue services, educational programs, and treatment for:
Cows
Horses
Sheep
Chickens
Rabbits
Hamsters
Birds
This incredible organization relies solely on donations and community support, which means they don’t receive any state or federal funding. That’s why all of the proceeds from the Cause for the Paws Golf Tournament will benefit the MSPCA at Nevins Farm and the animals they care for. Thanks to supportive community members and generous friends, we were able to donate nearly $10,000 to the MSPCA last year! We are so excited to host this event again this year, with hopes of raising even more money for these animals in need.

Cost To Play: $150 per player
*Cost to play includes greens fees for 18 holes of golf, cart, our scrumptious awards dinner catered by the Texas Roadhouse in Methuen, and participation in the Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Straightest Drive, and Hole in One contests!
The Jersey Challenge:
Back again this year is the Jersey Challenge—a raffle to win a framed, signed Julian Edelman Patriots jersey! All you have to do is purchase a $20 raffle ticket. Those who attend the tournament can also take a swing and try to land your ball on the green of a designated hole to receive an additional chance to win! Easy enough, right?
Mulligans:
We will be selling mulligans at registration again for $5. Each golfer can purchase a maximum of two mulligans.
Silent Auction:
We will also be holding a Silent Auction with various sports memorabilia available for buds throughout the tournament.
