Move and breathe together with It's Yoga Kids to help our bodies and minds stay healthy and strong.

Now is the time to practice presence!

Best for ages 4-10, and open to all ages and parents too!

Online Yoga Tips:
Use a laptop computer, tablet or phone in landscape view Set the device on a stool or chair about 2-3 feet away pointing toward your mat Lay your mat or a towel diagonally pointing toward the computer Fully charged or plugged in device.
