Don’t miss the Sudbury Cooperative Preschool’s presentation of Cinderella performed by Tanglewood Marionettes at the Curtis Middle School in Sudbury on Friday, November 11, 2011 at 10 am. Schools will be closed in observation of Veteran’s Day.

Set in the eighteenth century and featuring a dozen lavishly costumed 30” marionettes, this production of 'Cinderella' is a Tanglewood Marionettes showpiece.

The story unfolds as the pages of a giant book open to reveal each beautifully painted setting--the village square, the rustic kitchen, the magnificent ballroom, plus many more (one of our scenes even “pops” right out of the book!).

All your favorite characters are here, from gentle Cinderella to the bumptious stepsisters and the charming Prince, and each marionette is manipulated with precision and grace by our talented puppeteers.

Following the performance, crafts and nut-free refreshments will be available.

Admission is $10 per person with children under two sitting on an adult lap admitted free. Tickets are available in advance at sudburycoop.org and at Sudbury Farms in Sudbury, MA beginning October 15th. All proceeds benefit the Sudbury Cooperative Preschool.
