Wheelock Family Theatre is pushing back the dates for our Spring 2022 season in response to the rise in COVID-19 cases and to ensure the safety of artists and audiences.Based on the beloved novel and Classic Motion Picture, The Wizard of Oz follows the story of a young girl, Dorothy, as she finds the true meaning of “home.”
She and her best sidekick, Toto (a charming, scruffy little dog), find themselves in the magical land of Oz and encounter characters of splendor and tasks of the highest magnitude.
Audiences fall for Dorothy and her trusted companions as they battle their way to their highest desires — knowledge, love, courage and home.
Special Performance & Offer Dates
**February 11th & 18th (7:30 PM): Buy One, Get One Free Night (Call ahead to reserve).
February 12th (7:30): Opening Night!
February 19th & March 4th (7:30 PM): Socially Distanced Performance.
February 22nd – 25th (1 PM): February Vacation Week. Special times.
February 27th & March 5th (7:30 PM): ASL & AD Performance (in addition to access features provided at every performance, this performance will include American Sign Language Interpretation, Audio Description, and Braille Playbills).
