BCT is holding auditions for the 6th annual holiday production of THE VELVETEEN RABBIT!

All roles available!

Auditions will be held on Sunday, September 28 from 2 pm – 4 pm at the Benjamin Franklin Institute, 41 Berkeley Street in Boston.

CALLING ACTORS FOR all roles:

The Boy – Actor Age 9 to 13 – British Accent a plus.

Margery – Actress Age 15 to 25 – Margery is based the story’s author Margery Williams, and narrates the play.

Nana – Actress Age 15 to 25 – Nana is The Boy’s nanny, firm but kind.

Fairy – Actress age 10 to 18 – the fairy who transforms the Velveteen Rabbit.

The Velveteen Rabbit – age 12 to 18 – either actor or actress.

Tin Soldier, Model Boat, Timothy, Skin Horse, and the Rabbits – actors or actresses ages 9 to 18.

REHEARSALS: will start in November and run three week day afternoons and one weekend day.
