Limitless consists of five diverse pieces that together present the potential of modern dance.

Of the five pieces, students will bring two masterworks to life, including Mark Morris’s Gloria, set to Vivaldi’s music performed live by the Boston Conservatory Orchestra and Choruses; and Doug Varone’s Lux, a tour-de-force of athleticism set to music by Philip Glass.

Students will also perform Joe Chvala’s The Red Walls, a thunderous percussive dance piece; a new work created by Darrell Moultrie, one of the most sought-after choreographers working today; and a very special collaborative project with Nona Hendryx, pop icon and one-third of the soul group Labelle, and legendary hip-hop producer Hank Shocklee, choreographed by Conservatory dance faculty member Duane Lee Holland Jr.
