STAR-STUDDED LINEUP: Featuring Broadway & Hollywood StarsOur anniversary weekend welcomes an extraordinary lineup of returning Break a Leg collaborators and new guest artists joining us for the first time.
Throughout the weekend, these artists will train students, answer questions, and perform featured numbers in the evening concert.
What Is OVATION?
OVATION is Break a Leg Theater Works' tenth-anniversary celebration: a full weekend of training, performance, and community.
Students of all ages, adult performers, and alumni will have the chance to train with working Broadway and Hollywood artists, participate in a live panel Q&A, rehearse alongside professionals, and perform in a cabaret-style concert featuring guest stars from Hamilton, Wicked, Kinky Boots, The Lion King, and Les Misérables, and many more.

• Broadway Panel: Exclusive Q&A with working artists about auditions, careers, and industry insights
• Benefit Concert: A dazzling cabaret-style performance featuring stars and students together

The weekend culminates in a dynamic performance that blends Broadway talent with our homegrown community of performers.
It is celebratory, collaborative, and full of heart.
What to Expect
• Featured Broadway Performances: Each guest artist takes on one or two spotlight numbers.
Some recreate songs from their Broadway credits.
Others perform duets or trios with fellow guests.
• Ensemble Pieces for All: Every concert participant appears in fully staged ensemble numbers, including the show's finale—performed alongside Broadway artists.
• Optional Featured Roles: A small number of performers may audition to present solos, duets, trios, or revival numbers from past Break a Leg musicals.
