For the first time, the 2020 live Virtual Chef’s Table will give guests a personal introduction to some of the North End’s highly acclaimed chefs, including Chef José Duarte of Tambo 22, Chef Rob Morotto of Forcella and Chef Damien DiPaola of Carmelina’s and Domenic’s, as they walk through the recipes and preparations of some of their favorite dishes.
Attendees will then have the opportunity to connect with the chefs for questions following the cooking demonstration.
Since 1993, TOTNE has raised critically needed funds for local organizations, schools, and senior programs servicing the neighborhood, including North End Waterfront Health, the Eliot School, St.
John School, North End Against Drugs, North End Athletic Association, and North End Music and Performing Arts Center.
Due to the immense challenges local restaurant partners have faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, a portion of this year’s ticket, raffle and auction proceeds will support local restaurateurs as they safely reopen, covering critical costs including bringing staff back to work, PPE and cleaning supplies.
