Enjoy this TRILLFIT signature class from the comfort of your home.
All you need are a water and a yoga mat or towel.
All experience levels welcome.
Turn your cameras on or off, meet a friend or meet some new ones.
All participants are eligible for Boston Harbor Islands Junior Ranger badge.
This program is a part of Boston Harbor Now's HarborFit program providing free fitness programming around Boston's waterfront, including yoga, Zumba, bootcamps, sweat series, Tai chi, biking, walks, and more!
All participants will receive a Junior Ranger badge after the event.
