Best-selling author and illustrator, Grace Lin, joins us for our next Discovery Museum Virtual Speaker Series event “Putting Books to Work” to discuss how we can use books to integrate diversity into our kids’ lives.

Grace Lin is an award-winning and New York Times bestselling author/illustrator of picture books, early readers and middle grade novels.

Her books include her Newbery Honor, 'Where the Mountain Meets the Moon'; her Theodore Geisel Honor, 'Ling & Ting: Not Exactly the Same'; her National Book Finalist, 'When the Sea Turned to Silver'; and her Caldecott Honor, 'A Big Mooncake for Little Star'.

Free with pre-registration; $5 suggested donation appreciated.
