Join ASML for the launch of Transparency Hub, a new platform designed to compare the data practices of consumer-facing social and technology applications.

Have you ever received a notice online that a privacy policy has changed, but you weren’t really sure how?

Wouldn’t it be helpful if there was a way to see the changes over time?

The Applied Social Media Lab (ASML) at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society is pleased to announce the launch of Transparency Hub, a new platform designed to help people explore, compare, and better understand the data practices of consumer-facing social and technology applications.

Transparency Hub offers unprecedented access to public-facing documents from over 300 social and technology companies.

By aggregating and archiving privacy policies, terms of service, transparency reports, and community guidelines all in one place, users can easily search, analyse, export and compare documents.

The goal is to help consumers and researchers track changes in platform governance over time and across platforms.

Please join ASML and its team of product managers and engineers to celebrate the public launch of Transparency Hub with a demonstration and discussion about how it can help us track and understand how user data flows through social and technology applications.
