Hello ‘GBH Volunteers!

Summer is “leafing” us behind, and now it’s time to fall into our autumn events.

There are plenty of ways to get involved in October – from lending a hand during the Food & Wine Festival to celebrating Halloween and reading with Arthur and his friends at the Boston Public Library.

Be the coolest kid in the class and sign up to volunteer first!

Please review the events listed below and email me at [email protected] if you’d like to help.

Please make sure to include the following information in your email response:

- Your full name

Friday, October 27: Antiques Roadshow UNPLUGGED Location: WGBH Studios

Description: It’s America’s favorite road-trippin’, antique-appraising TV program!
October 27th, guests are invited to go “behind the scenes” at Antiques Roadshow.

Attendees will meet Executive Producer Marsha Bemko and some of their favorite appraisers including, Nicho Lowry – yes, the guy with the cool suits!

Guests will learn all about how the program comes together.

Plus, they’ll be the first in the country to see clips from the Newport, Rhode Island show.

The theater presentation will be followed by desserts and drinks in the Atrium.

Appraisals will not be done at this event.
