Come join The Massachusetts Chapter of The Surfrider Foundation, Urban Harbors Institute and local residents to gather trash from Savin Hill Beaches & Shoreline.
June 9th 9am - 12pm.
Come for any amount of time that you can!
All ages are welcome!
This is a feel good event that not only helps to cleanup the shoreline and protect the environment but you will be directly adding data for Surfrider to use to advance research and influence laws to help reduce waste.
Tools (buckets, tongs, some gloves) are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own gloves.
You are welcome to bring a bucket if you have one but not necessary.
Meetup spot is at the Malibu Beach parking lot off Morrissey Blvd (a few yards past 401 Morrissey Blvd) in Dorchester.
Look for the blue Surfrider flag.
