Westford Academy Theater Arts presents THE ADDAMS FAMILY – A NEW MUSICAL by Marshall Brickman & Rick Elice, with music and lyrics Lyrics by Andrew Lippa, and directed by Luke Jorgensen.
Performances run October 31 through November 11, 2018.
A special preview performance will be presented on Halloween Night at 6:30 PM!

The magnificently macabre musical comedy, THE ADDAMS FAMILY – A NEW MUSICAL will open on Halloween at Westford Academy.
This award winning production promises to delight audiences with humor, an original story, song and dance, and all your favorite Addams Family characters.
In the spooky upside-down world of the Addams Family, a grave crisis is brewing.
It is every father’s worst nightmare but in reverse.
Daughter Wednesday, the ultimate Princess of Darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a “normal” young man, Lucas Beineke, from a quite respectable Ohio family—not even remotely fiendish!
Worse, the romance seems to have turned the steadfastly gloomy Addams girl downright cheery, leaving her family very worried and distressed.
Comic chaos reigns when they host a dinner for Wednesday’s new boyfriend and his parents so they can become better acquainted with the entire Addams family.
A band of spirited ancestors from diverse past generations also haunt the scenes.
Their singing and dancing, like that of the main characters, is a special treat.
This show is suitable for the entire family!
Additional performances will be Friday, November 2nd, Saturday, November 3rd, Thursday, November 8th and Saturday, November 10th at 7:30 PM.
Matinee performances will be Saturday, November 10 at 2:00 PM and Sunday, November 11th at 5:00 PM.
Veterans admitted free on November 11th.
November 8th is student night, and all Westford Academy students will be admitted for $10.00.
