- The Birth to Three Center is one of the very few places on the North Shore where a parent can feel totally relaxed to let a crawler or toddler move around at will. The Center has a tiny staff, so always call in advance to make sure open play times or other activities are running as scheduled. There's plenty of free parking in the rear lots as well as on Market Street.
