The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm was built with the needs of growing families in mind. We understand you are BUSY, your family is growing, you are planning for a life of prosperity, and you value ease, convenience and efficiency.

You want to make sure your kids will be taken care of in the way you want, by the people you choose if anything happens to you. You want to know you’ve made the best decisions for your family and that your estate plan will work when your loved ones need it most.

That is our focus as well.

Because of this commitment, our firm is one of only a handful of Massachusetts law firms to earn the designation of Personal Family Lawyer® by the Family Wealth Planning Institute, a national organization dedicated to providing affordable access to a lifetime relationship with a personal lawyer.

As Personal Family Lawyers®, we only charge flat fees for our work and those fees are always agreed to in advance so you will never be surprised or worried about what anything will cost.

Our clients love to know they have developed a lasting relationship with their personal lawyer, who they can turn to for objective and trusted guidance before making any important family, financial, or business decisions.

5-starEstate Planning-Trust
My husband and I just (finally) had our Family Trust done and we were so impressed with our attorney David Feakes in Acton: http://feakeslaw.com. The majority of his clients are parents with young kids. David has an incredibly comprehensive approach to protecting financial assets, but what was most compelling to us was his offering of how to pass along your core values and non tangible assets to your children. His 'Kids Protection Plan' reassured us that our children would be well cared for in the short term (which never occurred to me) as well as long term with designated guardians. David takes the time to explain how creating a Trust vs. a Will allows you to keep your assets private and moreover, minimizes state/federal estate taxes and avoid the costly and timely probate court process! He would be a valuable resource for all families to know about. Huge relief to have this organized and thoughtfully done!
