Specializing in rich, buttery cakes, Rosie's Bakery features some deliciously different and memorable cakes. Kind of a nice change from the typical sheet cake that you buy in a grocery store. Parents and kids alike will come back for seconds with a cake from Rosie's.

Special molds are available to create select characters from Sesame Street and run about $45 (these cakes generally serve 15-20). Other specialty cakes are also available, and orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

Very Poor Customer Service

I telephoned Rosie's Bakery to order a large cake for my daughter's party. A customer service woman put me on hold for 20 minutes without any assistance or contact! I called later hoping to place my order, when another customer service woman was very rude, putting me on hold numerous times, tersely asking me the same questions repetedly, and rudely saying things like, 'Oh, that will cost you.' I had not even mentioned any price parameters or questions, so that statement was unwarranted and insulting. Although I have heard good things about this bakery's product, I will not patronize a vendor who treats customers so rudely.
