Best selection and service I've foundI almost never do this but I am writing this short note to tell you how satisfied I am with the carpet that I bought from Rugs Done Right and the service that I received.
Firstly, I would like to point out that Julie was extremely pleasant to deal with over the phone. I can honestly say that the quality of customer service that I received from Julie was some of the best I have ever received. This is one of my pet peeves, I do believe that customer service is important but I am typically underwhelmed. In this case, Julie was extremely friendly, pleasant, professional and accommodating. I really felt that she was trying to help me make the right purchase.
Secondly, the rug is beautiful. I received it approximately 8 weeks before I expected it (I'll still be waiting for the rest of the furniture from different suppliers for months) which was a wonderful surprise. I looked at the alternatives of buying it locally in Calgary but found that nobody came even close to your price.
It was a pleasure to deal with Ru gs Done Right and I expect that I will do so again in the future. I also plan to recommend them to friends and family.
Does not honor guarantee They guarantee refund if not satisfied. I received rug that was not as represented on their web site. Received their authorization to return it. They did not make refund as promised, and they keep sending form letters that it is in process, after ten requesst over three months.
Do not expect their pictures to be what you get.
