Guided tours leave about every 10-15 minutes. Tours are forty-five to fifty minutes Check on special scheduling January - March.
School Group Programs
Newport's historic buildings allow for an interdisciplinary approach to looking at art and history. The Preservation Society of Newport County welcomes school groups to its historic properties,which are an ideal learning laboratory for students.
Teachers' Resource Guides provide suggested lesson plans, tour transcripts and reference materials to support learning standards for elementary students. Lesson plans adhere to Rhode Island Learning Standards in the Arts and English Language Arts.

Regular Schedule
The Breakers, Chateau-sur-Mer, The Elms, Marble House and Rosecliff: Open Daily
The Breakers opens at 9 am, all others open at 10 a.m. Last tour admission at all houses is at 5 p.m. Houses and grounds close at 6 p.m.
The Chinese Tea House at Marble House open daily for lunch & snacks through October.
