Get fit, make friends, and have fun! The stroller fitness craze has hit Boston! Now is the time for you to get into shape as summer is here and chances are we offer a class in your area. The classes are ongoing, and new locations are being set up as more and more mothers find out about our program.

StrollerTime is a great way to burn calories, build muscle and increase your endurance in a dynamic one hour stroller jam. All instructors are Nationally Certified and CPR trained.

PassCards
StrollerTime classes are sold using a 'Pass Card'. This will allow you to attend as many classes as you'd like and at your convenience. You pay only for the classes, and in return get a great fitness alternative to your local health club. Not only will you get a fantastic workout, but you will also have access to “Urban Fitness Socials” and Family Fun Days. Our goal is to bring StrollerTime into every community in the greater Boston metro area.

What type of Stroller should I bring?
-Good manueverability; the larger the wheels the better
-5 point harness system (12 weeks or younger)
-A place to hold your personal items
-A stroller that allows you stand up tall without hunching over
-Sun Shade cover of any type
-Break system on the stroller

***Any type will work for our classes, just make sure that your baby or toddler is comfortable and fitted securely into the
stroller!
