In a professional performance hall that may host 'Kris Allen or Howie Day' the day before your child's big debut, the scene is set for fun and adventure. 'Take the Stage at The Center for the Arts, Natick - a partnership with TCAN & Pocket Full Of Tales Theatre Company.
Imagine... a place where your child can build confidence in language, imagination, conflict resolution and self-expression by playing all manner of characters.
All this while performing and creating a show that they 'own' because they have built everything from the characters to the sets and props.
Exploring the imagination. Discovering new talents. Finding a unique voice. Understanding all of the aspects required to build a theatre production from set to stage. Participation in Pocket Full of Tales theatre workshops supports and develops all of these skills.
Children ages 4 through 14 can experience music, dance, drama, art and Movie Making in a fun, supportive environment, on a professional stage.
Small group class instruction (never more than 14 students in a class) is provided by arts educators, each with an arts background, years of experience teaching children and a strong desire to work with in a supportive environment creating theatre with kids, by kids, for kids.
