CitySpace Kids Podcast Festival
April 25–26, 2026 | $20 per show
Presented by WBUR and friends

The Mega Awesome Super Huge Wicked Fun Podcast Playdate, WBUR CitySpace's two-day podcast festival for kids, returns April 25 - 26 with performances presented by WBUR and friends!

Whether your child wants to learn about important people in history, how money works, hear stories from Ancient Greece or folktales from around the world, or laugh at kids' comedy sketches, we have it all - with live performances from Circle Round, 'Story Pirates,' 'Greeking Out,' 'The Past and the Curious,' 'Terrestrials,' and 'Million Bazillion.'

Saturday, April 25

10:00 am — Circle Round
Folktales from around the world, brought to life with music and live actors. Audience members vote on which stories get performed. Host Rebecca Sheir and composer Eric Shimelonis lead the show. Ages 3–103.

12:00 pm — Million Bazillion
The Webby-winning kids' money podcast records a brand-new live episode all about gold. Hosts Ryan Perez and Bridget Bodnar make finance fun with silly characters, surprising facts, and audience interaction.

2:00 pm — Story Pirates
Kids in the audience submit their own story ideas, and the Story Pirates turn them into live sketch comedy and songs on the spot. High-energy and hilarious.

Sunday, April 26

10:00 am — Nat Geo Kids: Greeking Out
Greek myths retold for kids — gods, monsters, and heroes — with narrator Kenny Curtis and the Oracle of Wifi. Fun for the whole family.

12:00 pm — The Past and the Curious
Host Mick Sullivan brings history to life with stories about surprising people, animals, toys, and more — plus music, multimedia, and plenty of laughs.

2:00 pm — Radiolab for Kids: Terrestrials
Host Lulu Miller explores the strangest creatures and phenomena on Earth, with scientists, surfers, hip-hop artists, and live original songs performed by indie musician Alan Goffinski.
