Armenian Heritage Park on Boston’s Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway, a gift to the City of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from Armenian-Americans, includes two key features to engage all ages.

The Abstract Sculpture, a split dodecahedron, commemorates the immigrant experience.

Annually, the Sculpture is reconfigured symbolic of all who were pulled apart from their country of origin and came to these Massachusetts shores, establishing themselves in new and different ways.

The Sculpture sits atop a Reflecting Pool; its waters wash over its sides and re-emerge as a single jet of water at the Labyrinth's center.

The Sculpture is dedicated to lives lost during the Armenian Genocide of 1915-1923 and all genocides that have followed.

The Labyrinth, a circular winding path paved in grass and inlaid stone, celebrates life's journey.

A single jet of water marks its center, representing hope and rebirth.

Art, Service, Science and Commerce are etched around its circle in tribute to contributions made to America life and culture.

This is the only Labyrinth on public land in the Northeast.

Armenian Heritage Park and its endowed funds to support the annual reconfiguration of the Sculpture, the Park’s ongoing care and maintenance, and public programs including the annual Najarian Lecture on Human Rights at historic Faneuil Hall have been funded by generous individuals and organizations.
