The 10th Annual Boston JerkFest is back for 2 days of fun in the sun this summer, July 7-8, 2022.

Boston JerkFest recognized as the Best Food Festival in 2022 by Boston Magazine.

The festival was noted by Zagat as one of Boston's top 10 Summer Food Festivals.

Last year, International Reggae Ambassador Mr. Freddie McGregor was our headliner artist to celebrate with us.

This an outdoor, family-friendly Caribbean food festival event that features Jamaican jerk hot spiced BBQ food.

The festival will be held at a new location, at the Harvard Athletic Complex, 145 North Harvard Street, in Allston and just over the Harvard Square bridge, less than a 7 minute walk from Harvard Square.

A portion of the proceeds of this event supports Cambridge Carnival International and Sustainable Food and Culture.

This family-friendly event offers more than a dozen vendors selling a variety of jerk hot spiced food, hot sauces and Caribbean specialty products; craft vendors, live music, kids activities, a Jerk Cook-off, a Seafood Throwdown, other Chef Demos, and a Reggae Bar offering rum punch, craft beer and wine for sale.

Highlights of the festival include:
• 9 hours of fun in the sun!
• Top local Caribbean Chefs offering authentic jerk spiced foods and traditional Caribbean home-made beverages for sale Spice Lane featuring the Boston Hot Sauce Fest with lots of spicy sauces, herbs, jellies, and more.
• Live music featuring reggae, steel band and other Caribbean music Jerk Cook-off Competition
• The Reggae Bar will have rum punch, craft beer, wine and artisan beverages for sale on Saturday Kids

145 N. Harvard St., Allston, MA. The MBTA Red Line stop to the Harvard Square station is a 10 minute walk. We are a minimal waste event. Bus routes 66 & 86 are close by. Cycling is encouraged. Parking on site for $10.00 for the day. Commuter Rail into the Boston Landing Station is a 1.1 mile walk. Rideshare is also encouraged.
